How we protect your data, and how you can help.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. At rest, we use AES-256 encryption. Your profile and writing samples are stored encrypted on disk.
Infrastructure
We run on infrastructure that is SOC 2 compliant. Our database access is restricted to authorized personnel only, with audit logging enabled. We use Vercel for hosting and Neon for our database, both of which maintain their own security certifications.
Data handling
Your writing samples are processed server-side and never sent to third-party services without your explicit action. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 24 hours. No samples are retained for training.
Authentication
We support passwordless email authentication. Sessions are managed via encrypted tokens. We do not store plain-text passwords.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you discover a security issue, please email security@styleprint.io. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and provide a timeline for resolution. We do not offer a public bug bounty at this time, but we will credit researchers who report valid issues (unless you prefer to remain anonymous).
